MIRACLE WHIP Grilled Corn (Elotes)

What You Need
4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
2 tsp. olive oil
¼ cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
¼ tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lime, cut into wedges
HEAT grill to medium-high heat.
BRUSH corn with oil. Grill 8 min. or until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.
MIX dressing, chili powder and garlic until blended; spread onto corn. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
SERVE with lime wedges.
How to Grill Corn in the Husks
Omit oil. Soak corn (in husks) in enough water to completely cover corn for at least 2 hours; drain. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn 20 min. or until tender. Remove husks and silk. Spread corn with dressing mixture; continue as directed.
How to Shuck Corn
To remove the silk from ears of corn, pull back all of the husks, then remove them. Rub each ear to remove the silk. For easier removal of the silk, wear rubber gloves or use a damp paper towel.
